I build products and the businesses around them. I have 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in product roles across B2B SaaS, B2C and platform products. My work covers payments, IoT platforms, B2B platforms, market entry and P&L, and agentic AI: I've shipped vendor platforms, UPI checkout and IoT monitoring for industrial sites, then opened a new country market from zero and now run it as Country Head and Product Manager. Most of it was proven in energy and fuel logistics, with work across LegalTech, fintech, retail trade, distribution, travel, fitness and EdTech. I own the P&L, not just the roadmap, and I still ship software myself.

| Outcome | What it took |
|---|---|
| Vendor Management System | |
| B2B platform, vendor onboarding | Built from 300+ conversations with petrol-pump owners. Standard validation and compliance rules took vendor activation from over a day to under half a day; the platform now serves 150+ vendors. Case study: Vendor Management System: Onboarding 150+ Vendors in Half a Day (Fuel Supply) |
| IoT loss-control system for a major steel producer (fuel) | |
| IoT, industrial SaaS | 100+ requirements for a six-month IoT FMS pilot at a major Indian steel producer, integrating Automatic Tank Gauges (ATG), dispensers, flow meters, RFID tags and tank sensors. The six-month pilot cut loss, theft and spillage by about 20 paise per litre, reaching a run-rate of ~₹4 lakh a month by months 5–6 on roughly 2 million litres of diesel a month. Case study: FuelTracker: Loss-Control SaaS for Industrial Sites (Fuel) |
| UPI checkout for the B2B platform | |
| Payments, 0→1 | Specified and shipped UPI Intent and QR checkout for the B2B platform, piloted internally with FuelBuddy's own teams in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and smaller clusters in Odisha: 2,000+ transactions in month one, tracked in Amplitude and Tableau. Separately, partnered with the GM and CEO on Project Arjun, an EV and oil & gas retail infrastructure plan built on 100+ fleet and EV operator interviews; plan approved by leadership. | Faster deliveries through A/B testing (fuel) | |
| Operations, experimentation | A/B-tested fixes to IoT order sync, ops-to-driver alignment, routing and slot booking cut average delivery time from 60 to 55 minutes, and by up to 10 minutes on some trucks. |
| A new country, from zero | |
| Market entry, P&L | Evaluated Zimbabwe, Zambia and Nigeria, then launched B2B bulk fuel in Zimbabwe: around 15 suppliers signed in month one, including global commodity traders and the national oil company on USD settlement, and 50+ enterprise and regional clients won from a 400+ network. Took the country from zero to a live B2B business with 8 active depots and zero stock-outs. 40+ discovery interviews fed the product backlog. Promoted to Country Head and Product Manager in May 2026. | LegalTech MVP to launch | |
| B2B SaaS, process | Web and mobile MVP from Figma wireframes to launch within 8 months. Introduced the team's Agile product process, which cut time-to-market by 25%, while website visitors grew from about 120 to 1,000+. Case study: Legal Suvidha: Compliance Hub Website PRD |
Thesis: workflow software for operations-heavy businesses in emerging markets, where work still runs on WhatsApp, notebooks and spreadsheets. I win by starting in the field, pricing on value the buyer can verify, and building for poor connectivity.
I run my own builds the way I'd run a product portfolio: core bets get most of the attention, adjacent bets extend my home domain, and explore bets test new segments and business models cheaply.
